Very strange registration process
"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. ..."

"Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Lage, mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr groß und weitläufig und es gibt sehr viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.Dadurch verläuft sich alles sehr gut, auch wenn das Hotel gut besucht ist."
