The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — close to the city center, public transport, and several nice restaurants. "We’ve stay at this Hotel many times over the years when it was owned by Ramada Inns. It recently sold and looks as if the new owners have made some upgrades to the rooms. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great beds but I’m not a fan of the pillows, just a bit too soft for me I prefer a firm pillow. Will stay here again."
