"We really enjoyed our stay! We were travelling as an older family and 4 rooms. Great location, very peaceful, the beach and water were excellent. It was very quiet. We were there from Oct 11 to 17, and it was clearly shoulder to out of season. We were the only guests in the hotel and in the hotels around us. Keep in mind that this is a small country village in Turkey. You can find everything you need, grocery shops in town, all local products and some imports. Everything works functionally....

"Odamız temizdi, günlük temizlik de aksatılmıyor. 3 kişi konakladığımız için ufak tefek eksiklikler oldu ancak personellerle iletişime geçince ihtiyaçlarımız çok kısa sürede karşılandı. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesi güzel; yemekler standart ve menü değişmiyor, çok bir şey vaat etmiyor ama üzmüyor da. Konsepte dahil alkoller sınırlı ancak yeterli. Deniz, sabah ve öğle saatleri güzel/temiz, akşam saatlerine doğru dalgalı bir hal alıyor ancak hala yüzülebilir, sadece biraz yoruyor. Odamızdan denize ulaşım kolaydı, şezlonglar iyi ve yeterli sayıdaydı. Çevre otellerden saat 00 a kadar hafif de olsa müzik sesleri gelebiliyor, ancak sonrasında kesiliyor. Bodrum merkeze çok yakın araçla 15dk gibi bir sürede ulaşabildik. 5dk mesafede de marketler var, ekstra ihtiyaçlarımızı ordan karşıladık. Spor salonu güzel ve yeterliydi, çok kullanan olmuyor, antreman yapmak keyifli, aletler birçok ticari spor salonundan kaliteli. Genel olarak sadece yemek ve servis kalitesini eleştirebilirim ancak iyi bir iletişimle o da çözülebiliyor. Tekrar tercih ederim."

"Good and bad Let’s start with the good: The rooms are great - very clean, probably one of the best rooms I have stayed in The gym is great The quality of the cocktails / Drinks are as you would find in a high end cocktail bar in London Beach is very small but high end loungers and plenty of places for everyone The bad: It’s very remote - so you kinda get cabin fever after 4 days The pricing is an absolute joke! £45 a drink in cave bar, just a basic Aperol Spritz!! A dinner and drinks in one of the supplement restaurants easily added up to £600 (including the supplement discount) with just 1 drink each. We ended up going to Zuma in Yalikavak and paid £300 for 3 people including drinks. There is no reason a hotel should be charging Double the price of Zuma - there cocktails were around £20 each. The setting / the energy and the quality of Zuma far out stripped the hotel offering at half the cost. The pricing policy really annoyed me! The hair salon, my daughter wanted to get a wash and blow dry - almost 300 euro! We played padel for 1 hour €100. We can afford these costs, but simply refused as it’s just way above what’s reasonable. It spoilt the hotel for me a little as we we put off paying for anything that wasn’t included due to the extortionate pricing… The food was if a decent standard - but service terrible. They just slap plates out as they are ready, mains come with starters - it all comes at different times so you all eat separately we didn’t once eat together!"

"Overall excellent and would come back and also recommend. Would definitely go to another Rixos in the chain. 1) kids club was superb - could sit with my 2 year old as he entertained himself with all the different rooms and activities (note I did not leave him there alone so cannot comment on care quality in the absence of parents) 2) the food is unmatched to any other hotel I’ve been too 3) we weren’t able to explore everything with our 2 year old but the amenities we did use were brilliant That said a few areas of mprovement: 1) it was a shame that the room was on a building site the noise was intolerable especially with a little one; we were offered an alternative room (the first room that was shown to us had the same issue / just as loud) and second room was apparently quieter but both of these rooms were considerably smaller. Three courtesies would’ve been appreciated - knowing we had a little one, we should’ve 1) been notified that works were taking place giving us an opportunity to book elsewhere; 2) on arrival noticing we had a child been offered an alternative room; 3) on arrival I requested a room upgrade with an additional payment I was told that this was not available and the hotel was fully booked despite seeing rooms available on Expedia 2) bathroom cleanliness could be improved - drain was not great and quite a few ants. The knobs to use the different shower heads and sprayers were difficult/ stiff to use (an elderly couple they would struggle) "
