Condo furnishings were a bit dated but comfortable. The property and the view were great. The condo is a bit of a walk to the beach for older folks. Overal an enjoyable experience.

The actual unit was very nice. The owners had added many personal touches to make it feel more homey than a hotel. There was ample room for our family of four, and the kitchen had very nice finishes and plenty of appliances. The issues were with the building. Upon check-in, we learned the elevators were both down. An employee began to operate one elevator manually, so that’s how we moved our luggage to the third floor. Throughout the week, only one elevator was operational for the entire building, so we took the stairs. The other issue was with the laundry facility, which was listed as “coin laundry” online. It did not use coins, but rather a faulty WiFi pay-by-card system. I was billed 5 times for 2 machine services—very frustrating. If I could have moved the unit to a different building, I would have, and our stay would have been more relaxing.

Great place for Vaca

This condo was immaculate and had all of the cooking supplies we needed for our five peeps. The beds were super comfortable and it was only a walk away from the beach pools and hot tub. Will definitely stay again

Excellent Vacation

Location is great. Kind of off the beaten path from Gulf Shores but close enough to drive of you want shopping, dinner, etc. Pool was pristine, and walk to beach was short and clean. Overall great experience.

Birthday weekend for my daughter

We brought my daughter her friend and our son down for the weekend. Had a great time. The room was perfect. Great views of the beach and pool.

Check in was good. property was excellent. View was amazing looking over the property and beach. Balcony a couple of chairs needs replacing. The parking pass was 40 per vehicle, seems a little excessive for a Vrbo. Usually it’s free in other places. That’s very disappointing. Plus I had my 78 year old mother visit just for the day, she had to pay 40. I only brought one vehicle, she should have been able to get a day pass for free. This expense should be disclosed on the site with the listing. I’m not sure what the HOA was thinking when this was implemented. There are other Vrbo just as nice without this additional expense.

Great place

I enjoyed my stay. Great access to the beach and pool. However our condo could have been cleaner than it was. It had a lot of dust and needs a little updating but or than that great stay.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful, condo was comfortable and clean. Folks were a bit loud at the pool late at night but pool was nice and clean. Beach was a bit of a far walk to get to but was much less crowded than other places we’ve stayed in the area. The kids had a wonderful time

Loved this location!

Great view! Great layout! The only problem we had was the slow drain in the master bathroom sink. We were unsure how to report the issue. Overall it was a great place to stay!

GREAT LOCATION

My wife and I was just amaze how lovely, nice, beautiful, and peaceful Plantation Dunes #5308 was. The condo had everything we need to cook, I felt right at home. We were only 14 miles from Gulfshore Blvd. and 15 miles from Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, AL. Plantation Dunes is in a great location on the beach. Plantation Dunes is very family oriented and a great place to relax. 5+Stars!

Vacation at Ft Morgan, Al

If we had any issues, we called Vasas and spoke with their rep. They were very nice. Whom ever they used to clean our condo, did not do a good job on the master bedroom.

the condo have a great a great view looking at the ocean from the balcony. the location of the building itself it’s also great just not restaurants near by. the house smell so bad as soon we walked in, the pillows were yellow gross dirty. Both bathrooms tubs and bathrooms sinks are clogged with hair draining very slow, the mattress are so old and dirty with one sheet of foam on top.

Property should be checked over before guest arrives light in kitchen ceiling toilet not flushing properly. Bathroom electric socket broken.
