Balcony view was good.kitchen was missing a spachla,and the large skillet needs replaced.Non stick coating flaking off. No salt/pepper or spices of any kind.House was clean,nice place.Only two hangers in closet.

Our stay was amazing. The listing states that there are no chairs or toys, but there were plenty in the storage. The pool is close and it was clean. There were plenty of dishes for cooking.Beds and pillows were great.The view is amazing!Honestly, nothing to complain about. We have already talked about booking our next trip here.

Spring Break 2025

Comfortable for 6 of us. Quiet area but very short walk to the beach. Loved access to the lagoon. Close enough to everything we needed but not in the middle of the hustle bustle.

Stick House

The location is great. A short walk to the beach. My son loved fishing off the pier. I enjoyed the swing under the house. Very relaxing. Plenty of room for our family. A few negatives. The sliding glass door was cloudy from probably a broken seal, so you couldn’t really see the view of the water very well, which was disappointing. The queen room sliding glass door was the same. Also, the kitchen could use a really good deep clean. Certain things didn’t look like they had been cleaned in quite a while or if they were, not very well.

Friendcation 🎉

The house was in the perfect spot for our crew ! The beds had sand in them when we arrived( a quick wash did the trick ) , the dishwasher needs to be replaced … all in all though we had the BESTTT vacation . We left a few fun things in the downstairs storage for kiddos to enjoy the beach !! We would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful

This was our first time renting a vacation place. Normally we just stay at hotels. This place was amazing! It had everything we all wanted in one location. From making our reservation to actually staying, I never had any issue getting ahold of someone. They answered very promptly. Our only regret is we had to leave. I would suggest new mattresses on the beds though. But overall it was absolutely amazing!!

Great location. So Peaceful.

The house was clean. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Pool was not crowded. The only complaint was the bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable in the master bedroom.

Close to the beach and beautiful view

You can see the bay when you are drinking your morning coffee, and a really close walk to the beach. Also, a pool by the house is really nice.

Family vacation

The house was ok clean close to the beach we really liked that.everything was good on the house except it’s time for better beds and the wors part was that the pool wasn’t good to use at the time.over all said I think i would rent again with new beds will recommend 😉

Best of Both Worlds!

PERFECTION! Great location. Lagoon view and short walk to beach. Beautiful house. Exactly as in photos. Very clean. Perfect size for us. The Stick House is officially our new go to vacation spot!

We loved the property and it was a short proximity to the beach. However, the listing says community pool but that pool is not open yet, so that is misleading! Otherwise, it was clean and spacious and we loved our stay!

Stick House Stay

The Stick House was great very spacious for our group of 7. We did not have any major issues with the house couple of minor issues the pool was closed and the wifi had no internet service but neither of those thing stopped our vacation. All in all I would stay there again and highly recommend the house for anyone else's stay.

We had a great stay!

The Stick house was a great stay enjoyed by the whole family! The house was able to accommodate two families with small children very comfortably. Two of the bedrooms had exits to the wrapped deck overlooking the pool and the pier which was a plus. Unfortunately, the pool was not open, it would have been perfect for the hot afternoons. Even with the pool closed it did not reduce the value to what this place had to offer. The beach was just a few short blocks away and was a very pleasant 5-10 minute walk. Food and grocery is very close by, we were able to bike to many different options, so no need to worry about having to drive everywhere if you choose to bring bikes along. Overall the home was clean, spacious, and close to the beach! What more can you ask for?

Good week

Our stay was overall very nice. Easy walk to the beach. Nice view of the Little Lagoon. The pool was still not ready and we were not able to use it, which was disappointing.
