You are only steps away from the water! With only 2 floors, you will enjoy this low-density, family-friendly complex. Parking is free for two (2) small vehicles.
THE SPACE: Welcome to BEACHFRONT Spyglass condominiums! This 2-story complex sits right on the beach and has room for your family of 6. Condo is accessible by one flight of stairs (no elevator). The condo has coastal decor and features new luxury vinyl plank flooring on the lower floor and new granite countertops in the kitchen. You will love cooking delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which features full-size appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. We provide both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The peninsula doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two (no dining table). There are two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and two bathrooms. For your convenience, we provide free Wi-Fi and cable, along with a stacked washer/dryer. Contactless arrival is easy with our keyless entry lock. Although not a walk out balcony, the balcony doors with railing provide views from the living room.

THE PROPERTY: You are just steps to the sandy white beach! Our beach is clean, uncrowded and beautiful! The pool is shaded and located right under the building with a beach deck rinsing station. Free reserved parking in tandem is marked and available for two small cars under the building. Oversized trucks or SUVs won't fit. There is also one other first come, first serve parking spot available onsite.
*Must be 25 years of age to reserve, proof of age is required. *No smoking/vaping in the unit or on the walkways of the building. *One pet dog up to 20 lbs. is allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. *No parties. *Two free parking spots in tandem are located under the condo. Parking is tight, so no oversized trucks or SUV's will fit under building. *No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided.
THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, festivals and shopping. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, Spyglass is sure to be a winner with the family!
