    高層ビルと高コストから逃れ、有名なシーオーツの広々としたきれいに装飾され、手入れの行き届いた2ベッドルーム、2バス、広々としたプールサイドコンドミニアム（I棟）に家族を連れて行きましょう。 この複合施設は、リトルラグーンの700フィートのウォーターフロントにある9エーカーの美しい風景に直接広がっており、通りの向かいにわずか数歩の専用プライベートビーチがあります。

    この1200平方フィートのコンドミニアムは、この複合施設で最も素晴らしいユニットの1つです。 それは、2つのベッドルーム、2つのフルバス、ユニット内の洗濯機/乾燥機を備えた大型の充実したキッチン、ダイニング、リビングエリアを提供しています。 リビングエリアと両方のベッドルームは、複合施設内のオリンピックサイズの2つのプール（および2つの子供用プール）の1つを直接見渡せるプライベートバルコニーに通じています。

    複合施設には、50のプライベートボートスリップ、ボートの打ち上げ、3つのガゼボ、ベンチ、ピクニックテーブル、グリルがあります。 エリアを離れることなく、桟橋の1つから魚を釣り上げます（魚のクリーニングステーションが完備されています）！

We booked this rental last minute and were extremely happy with the condo. It was very nicely decorated, the kitchen had great amenities, the layout of the unit was very nice, and the host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and didn’t smell like animals had been in the condo. 4 adults stayed there. We decide to leave our pet at home. The condo was close to the beach across the street. We also enjoyed the patio too. The pool was great. There was good communication with Cathy the owner. We will stay there again.

This rental was incredibly clean, located perfectly across the street from the beach, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The only negative would be the mattresses, they could benefit from being replaced. But honestly, I'd stay here again, and likely will.

Loved everything about this condo. Loved the location (close to lagoon, pool, and beach), cleanliness, etc. We had a great week and made great memories and this condo made a great home base for the week.

Great location. Very clean and well equipped. The only issue was the internet was spotty at best but we wouldn't let that keep us from staying again next year if the property is still available for rent. We have reserved this unit again for next May.

Perfect getaway!

Quite with very little traffic. Short walk to the beach. And great place to sit and watch the fish feeding. Whole family loved the area.

Great Family location.

Property was right across the street from the beach. The outside storage was great as we did t have to load and unload our beach wagon each day. Pool was a great afternoon activity. Close enough to the restaurants but far enough where the beaches didn’t have the crowd. Great location. Looking forward to next year
