We had 9 adults and 4 kids ages 1-6, and were delighted to discover that this house actually has 7 bedrooms, as the bunk room wasn’t counted. This allowed one of the young families to use two of the bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath as one large suite so the kids would be close to their parents. The bunk room is actually on the ground floor with the garage, far from all the other bedrooms. It made a great playroom during the day as well as a hideaway for those needing some private time. The pictures online are dated. The kitchen is now white and bright, and the current dining table seats 10 comfortably. The dining table is actually two tables butted against each other so we separated them for game nights. The view of the ocean from the upper level uncovered deck was fantastic. The view from the main level covered deck is almost completely obscured due to the trees and shrubs around the property. The walk to the beach is a little farther than we originally thought, but we had rented a golf cart which helped tremendously for getting tents, chairs, etc. to the beach. When we weren’t carrying things to the beach, the walk wasn’t bad… maybe a 4 to 5 minute walk. The lagoon fishing docks closest to the property are private. There is one uncovered community dock near the first turn on the gravel road which the culdesac is on. The other roads in the neighborhood are paved. There is no access to nature trails. Maintenance responded quickly to a few issues we had. Overall A+!
