この施設について

Ocean View Beachfront Heated Pool + Free Parking, Enjoy dolphin on balcony

  • This Gulf Front condo offered by SunnySide Up Rentals is a fantastic retreat for anyone seeking a serene beach getaway. With panoramic views of the gulf and a private balcony to enjoy them from, guests can truly immerse themselves in the beauty of the ocean. Being situated in a low-density complex like Harbor House adds to the appeal, offering a quieter and more exclusive experience.

The proximity to popular attractions like the Hangout and the convenience of having Pier 33 Convenience store nearby make this condo even more desirable. Guests can easily explore the area without having to travel far.

SunnySide Up Rentals provides a starter pack for necessities, though it's good to note that guests will need to purchase additional items like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags during their stay.

Overall, this is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. Guests can enjoy the stunning views, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations provided by SunnySide Up Rentals.

Also, be on the lookout for dolphins in the morning from the balcony.

Perfect location on the beach!

We loved having a bottom unit with a nice balcony to sit and bird, beach and people watch. Down one set of steps and just a few steps to the sand. Having chairs and umbrella service you could rent meant we were able to travel light for just a quick weekend trip. The location was close to anything we could have wanted to eat or see. We have this bookmarked as a favorite to return again soon!
