We want you to be able to relax which starts when you’re packing and loading up the SUV for your drive down and we know this part can be stressful so we got you covered. We supple all the bathroom amenities (soap, body wash, conditioner, lotion), beach towels, beach carts, beach chairs, umbrellas, fully loaded kitchen, Coffee Bar, and much more so you don’t have to pack it or buy it.

This is a two story house with steps leading up to the Main Floor with 7 Bedrooms and two additional sets of Twin over Twin Bunks perfect for kids.

There is a massive kitchen with 2 refrigerators for ample food and beverage storage for your large group of up to 18 guests. We have stocked the kitchen with everything grandma should need to make a Thanksgiving Feast for the whole family.

Pool - The pool is private for you and your group only and can be heated during the cooler months for an additional pool heating fee.

We are located right in the heart of West Beach Blvd which is the most desirable location in Gulf Shores with close access to The Hangout and all the entertainment and attractions Gulf Shores has to offer.

Parking - we can accommodate up to eight medium size vehicles or sixfull size SUVs / trucks.

• Maximum of 18 guests
• No Parties Allowed
• No Pets are Allowed. (If you bring a pet you will be charged a $750 pet fee per pet)
• No Smoking or Vaping of any kind in the house or on the decks. (If you smoke in the house or on the decks you will be charged $750 Ozone Fee for each floor of the house)
• Check-In is at 4:00pm. We cannot accommodate Early Check-In requests during peak season and holidays on same day turnovers.
• Check-Out is at 10:00am. We cannot provide late Check-Outs and still have a house of this size ready for the next guest so we can’t accommodate late check outs.
• You are responsible for your guests and any/all damages caused by your guests
