The view is amazing. There is none better in all of orange beach. Step out onto the private balcony of this charming corner unit for a beautiful direct view of sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico.

You will find the living area with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a KING bed. Additional twin bunk beds with safety guard, and a queen sleeper sofa separated by a pocket door for privacy to accommodate other family members.

This is going to be our get away place and more than just a rental.
Quality furnishings include two flat-screen tvs with DVD players, a well equipped updated kitchen with modern counter-tops, and a renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower, new tile floors and new vanity. In addition, a few vintage furniture pieces add to the charm.

This 36-unit low density complex makes for an easy access to the elevator as well as a spacious beach area. Guests also have access to our locked storage closet located beach side to store your beach items or feel welcome to use our chairs and umbrellas.

In the heart of Orange Beach, our unit is minutes from a wide selection of the best seafood you will find anywhere. After a day of adventure, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing and other water sports, come home to a beautiful sunset viewed from you private balcony. We hope you enjoy our place as much we do.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay. It was very comfortable and had most everything we needed. Good thing I brought an extra roll of TP though, as there was only a modest roll in place. We found that our feet (or socks) turned black after walking around the apartment. Even though the flooring looked clean enough, there was some residue of dirt or something that our feet picked up. (It seemed like it needed a good mopping.) Also, it seems there were different sets of instructions, and I had to go back and forth amongst emails to get all the details more clearly. These negatives, however, did not spoil our overall experience too much. We did love the view and the accessibility of the beach. The balcony was lovely! The whole place was thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The storage closet downstairs near the beach access has plenty of chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys. We would love to stay there again!

Building was older but everything in the unit worked great. Unit was super clean. Perfect for 2 people. Pool was small but we didn’t care because the beach was right outside. Storage room was convenient with all needed beach supplies on the way to the beach access. Several restaurants close by and grocery store a few minutes away.

Check in was at 3 pm. We arrived at 4 pm and the condo had not been cleaned from the prior guest. I texted and left a voicemail message for the owner, but no response was received, so I contacted VRBO around 7 pm and they contacted the owner and had them return my call. The condo was finally cleaned and ready for us to unpack around 8:30. I understand things happen, but this was very disappointing after driving 8 hours from TN. Management also came into the condo while we were out for dinner because the dehumidifier was leaking into the unit below. No notice was given to us about the situation until I reached out to the owner to tell them someone had been in the condo while we were gone.

Great view and proximity to beach!

Condo was clean and had everything we could need for our first family beach vacation! Loved that there were chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use on the beach (which was only steps away)! Balcony was great for dolphin viewing! Would stay here again.

This property was perfect from start to finish. Jim and Susan were the perfect hosts, checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed and giving us suggestions on places to eat. Their condo is located on a beautiful beach with amazing sunrises. We felt truly at home.

Beach stay

This was a nice, well appointed 1 bedroom condo on the beachfront. There were bunk beds in the hallway that would be good for children. The bed and furnishings were comfortable with good quality sheets and towels.The unit was very clean. The 180 degree view was perfect from the comfortable patio seating. There is a separate, lockable storage unit by the beach access. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use. The only downside is that there is only 1 elevator so there can be a bit of a wait at times. But that was a minor inconvenience. We would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, furnished well and taken care of. It was just right for two people. The complex was quiet. We saw very few other people but when we did they were very polite and nice. The only draw back was the garbage truck that came every morning at 4:00 and emptied the dumpsters. Good thing we are early risers.
