Great Location

The unit is just like pictures. Seems too dark for a oceanfront unit. Washer and dryer closet dark and dirty. Kitchen needs some more utensils. Not enough room to seat and eat for 8 people. Patio is very small. Parking is ridiculous if you have more than one car you have to pay for a whole week at the parking down the street an extra $150. Overall the vacation was great beach was wonderful.

Very dissatisfied!

Very dissatisfied!! What you sent us as pictures before we booked it wasn’t the same as when we got there!! Did not like the inside at all the bed was not a queen bed it was a double we had friends that were coming the elevator did not work and I had a shot in my groin area for gluteus maximus!! And they did not care one iota about any of the stuff that we had called them on!! So then I called you guys because they were not willing to do anything they said they were sorry that the pictures were old!! And they were sorry that the elevator did not work!! Will need us to say we were not willing to stay there it was not clean we did not have the proper beds and it look nothing like the pictures that were shown to us prior!! So they tried moving us to another location which was equally as bad and hadn’t been cleaned so they offer cleaning service after we got there and the lady that I had brought up the tags for the inside of the car said she was an inspector for cleaning and she said this is uncalled for this is filthy dirty so she got on the phone while I was on the phone with young and she said she would clean it!! It still wasn’t up to our standards as far as the looks of the place it was some thing for college kids not for 60 year olds we take care of our stuff this looks like it was weathered pretty bad !! After three days of arguing they finally put us into San Carlos which they said they would not charge us any more than what you charged us!! So I’m waiting to get the bill to say yes that is so true!! I do not trust them at all !! It should’ve taken three days for them to finally move us to a place that we really liked!! Very disappointed in them and very disappointed in you we called both of you we had a three-way call and your person just listened!! We thought ourselves with young . Absolutely a terrible experience the first three days!!

Awesome Spring Break

We LOVED this property right on the beach. With 4 children, each kid had a bed! There’s a trundle under the day bed. It was very clean, super accessible to the beach and other areas, and we used the washer/dryer EVERY DAY for sandy towels and suits. Would most definitely return.

Very nice condo

We were pleased with the condo at Island Sunrise 262. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed the whole week we were there. The furniture was ok but not the same leather furniture as was pictured and the balcony chairs were just plastic molded simple chairs. Not as pictured in discription photos.

Location is gold

Loved the place. Was a perfect vacation for our family. The only little thing that we would change if we can was there mattresses. We’re very soft, not enough support, and all adults had back pain after a few days. But besides that the property is fantastic and I hope we can come back next year. Thank you

My family and I have been coming to Gulfshores for a few years. This is by far our favorite condo to stay in. The place was very clean, everything was in working order, super comfy beds, great view of the beach, pool was maintained, parking was easy. Will stay here next year!

GREAT CONDO

The condo is great and they have updated the living room furniture from the picture online which was a nice surprise. The view was awesome! since the door had a key code, the only thing I wish we didn't have to do is stop by their corporate office - the code could have just been texted or emailed. The condo itself has a GREAT view - we love this complex.
