Here Comes the Sun is the perfect place to vacation with friends and family in peaceful Fort Morgan. Located just 20 minutes west of Gulf Shores, nestled in the heart of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, the cottage is close enough to all the fun, yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

This adorable cottage is decorated in calm and comfortable coastal decor. The living room features two leather sofas and a recliner perfect for watching the 65 inch 4K Smart TV. There are board games, playing cards, and puzzles for entertainment. The dining room comfortably seats 6 at the table with 2 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. Kitchen includes stainless appliances, toaster, Keurig (k-cup/drip combo) coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. All items needed for cooking and serving are provided. There is a large pantry for storage and laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, 43 inch 4K, smart TV, large closet, and private bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. Second bedroom includes a queen size bed, 36 inch 4K, smart TV, and a large closet. Third bedroom includes two full size beds, smart TV, and direct access to shared bathroom.
The screened porch is perfect for relaxing or reading your favorite book. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing your feet and beach gear after a fun day on the water.

*Pets: This property is pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however there is a $125 per pet fee. You will be provided with leash covers that must be visible at all times. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pets will be your responsibility. Failure to follow the pet rules will result in being fined and/or evicted.
*Parking: This complex offers on site parking for up to 2 vehicles for $60. Your vehicle must have a parking pass filled out completely and displayed in vehicle at all times to avoid being towed. The two vehicle limit is strictly enforced and you are subject to fines if you bring more than the two allowed vehicles. Trailer/motorhome parking is prohibited.

*This property is located 1 mile from the public beach access parking lot. The association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendors: Looks Good from Here, LLC; Island Carts, LLC; and Coastal Golf Cart Rental, LLC. Personal golf carts are prohibited.

Area attractions include the Historic Fort Morgan site, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Dauphin Island Ferry, OWA, The Wharf, The Hangout, Kiva Dunes Golf Course, The Peninsula Golf Course. You can also enjoy fishing charters, biking, hiking, and kayaking all close by.
