Upstairs includes:
~ 2 master bedrooms with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and TV
~ Bunk room one has 4 singles and TV

~ 3rd Full bathroom with tub
~ Spacious open concept living area with TV room, dining room and kitchen (fully stocked for the cook!)
~ Patio with rocking chairs to relax and listen to the waves
~ Private salt water pool.

Downstairs (new addition) includes:
~ Large combo room; including a bedroom with a queen size bed and an extra TV lounge area
~ 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed
***These two rooms are separated by a barn door and you have to walk through large room to get to second bedroom
~ Full bath with stand up shower

Pool temperature set to 78 degrees oct 1 to May 1. The pool heats to 20 degrees over air temperature. Ex: if it is 55 degrees out, Pool will be heated to 75 degrees.
