Beautiful balcony view and short walk to the beach !! Condo was spacious, clean and the location was perfect. The maintenance crew were also out daily cleaning up the landscape and pool area. Thanks !!

Very nice condo in Romar Tower
Unit has just been renovated and it is lovely. Very clean and beautiful. Offered Alexa smart host and Netflix which was a nice addition. The owners have done a wonderful job making it welcoming and comfortable for guests. We had a great week!

Great location! Clean and well kept area/condos. Daily cleaning/maintenance done to keep the grounds maintained. Easy access to shops, entertainment and food! Definitely recommend and will definitely return!

Nice location unit not clean
They location way nice property was nice but our room was not cleaned glass all over the floor in the master and there were issues with metal sticking out of furniture. Showers would not drain. We will be looking for another place to stay next time.

We had a good day. We only had one minor housekeeping issue when we first arrived, and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Communication was good, the condo is clean and in working order. It was a great location.

Romar Tower Vacation
I loved the condo and the view from the balcony. The only drawback was the renovations going on. Lots of loud noises. I guess I finally got accustomed to it. 😜 I would recommend this property. Also wish my condo had a queen bed instead of 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. When I return I know that all the noise and renovations will be completed. It is a very quiet area. Overall I will definitely return!!

Building is in disrepair
Inside the property was nice and accurate according to pictures. Outside is a mess. Pool is lackluster. Very motel like. Building needs major repairs and updating. Smoking (pot and cigarettes) on balcony by others, trash in the parking lot, and our balcony had an entire row of tile missing near the railing. No beach towels. We flew in and did not bring those. No beach equipment. ONE trash bag. No coffee filters. Everything had to be supplied by the renter. Hotel would have been a better choice for amenities. Beach access was perfect. Need more blankets and pillows. Minimal amenities at best.

I would stay again at this property! The condo was nice, clean and updated.
Property Management was prompt to give us instructions on every thing to expect during our stay. The property is clean, with very nice accommodations. The elevators were fast and convient. Short distance to the beach from condo.

Great property and location
Property was just as described. The property manager was wonderful and handled a few minor cleaning issues within minutes. The pool and beach access is a huge plus with this property. With it being a smaller building, elevators and crowds were not an issue. Construction was very loud, however, we were given warning about it beforehand. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The view of the beach is perfect from the balcony. Great location and property!

PROS: Great location. Small complex. Elevators were quick. Clean pool that was never crowded. Good size balcony. Updated flooring. iTrip Vacations were very nice to work with. CONS: Some of the dishes in the cabinet were filthy. There was food still stuck on them. The dishwasher did not work. Maintenance came within an hour of being notified. Unfortunately the dishwasher could not be fixed during our stay. There is ONLY cable in the living room. The master bedroom has a smart tv that you could access Netflix, Roku, etc. However, wifi was not great so the tv was constantly buffering. We could not use the tv in the master. The second bedroom has a tv with a dvd player. It is not a smart tv so if you do not bring a dvd that tv is useless. The description of this condo needs to state that cable is only in the living room. The mattresses were very worn and need to be replaced. The bathroom door is a sliding door which did not close properly. There was a gap which offered no privacy for that bathroom. The living room sofa and balcony chairs were very stained. The hurricane shutters on the balcony banged against each other the entire time so we had to move the outside furniture to hold them in place. The BBQ grills are located in the parking lot and due to the construction on the building they were not accessible. We will not stay at Romar Tower 4B again.

What a DUMP
Terrible property. Walked in under scaffolds and complete construction zone. Arrived in a chemical smelling unit that had de humidifiers blasting. After getting them removed the entire condo was moist and smelled. Some light switches worked opposite. New paint to cover up shotty conditions. Unit to the left of us had a brace on the patio holding up the patio above it. This entire building should be shut down and demolished. One guy on the first floor hurt his shoulder as he could only get in the front door by ramming it. This is the next Miami Condo disaster waiting to happen. YOu can get better quality for same price. I suggest NEVER RENTING this condo

Great Beach Condo
I was traveling with my 3 young adult children (21, 20, 16). We stayed four nights in this nice condo. It is very spacious and fully furnished and equipped for an easy stay. Steps from the pool and the beach. Wifi worked great. Kitchen was fully equipped. Less than 1/2 mile from grocery stores and great restaurants. I would certainly recommend this condo! Thanks
