Had no issue with the condo itself. Location was good. It was the issue of having to vacate the premise due to no power and not certain when it would come back on. All the people in the building were having to deal with finding a new place thru their rental agency or going home. The timing of all this was from 5-9 pm. It was getting dark and we had to use flashlights to get everything packed. Apparently this was not a new issue but an ongoing problem and had been for several weeks with the floors 7 to the top I believe, We were on the 4th floor. However, I DO NOT want this to be a reflection on the owner but on whomever or whatever company owns this building and is responsible for the upkeep/maintenance. Before staying here again will make certain all has been maintained and repaired.

Good location, nice property. Unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, but manager offered to send cleaning crew immediately. Great response and great communication all around. We enjoyed our stay!

Beach vaca

9 of us staying. Great access to beach and surrounding shops and eaterys. Our dryer didn't work well so that part was difficult with 9 people's laundry and wet beach towels. The secondary rooms could use a mattress upgrade. Overall great stay with great amenities.

2nd trip to Orange Beach

The condo had a lot going for it and with a couple upgrades would have been excellent. Nice location, close to everything. Pretty easy to get in and out . The moist air has taken its toll on some of the outdoor furniture and the refrigerator. Having an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room and sauna was a nice touch. Would return agay.

Wonderful Getaway

We LOVE the Shoalwater, we have been coming to Orange Beach for a number of years, beautiful condo, beach and experience! Tropical Storm Francine put a small damper on our stay but not too much. Thanks again!!

Overall the condo had everything that was needed, most importantly it was beach front with a great balcony space. Perfect for a large crowd or just a few. The only complaint was the cleanliness of certain areas. The refrigerator door handles and surface had grim and rust. The doors to most rooms and cabinets had dirty finger prints on them, the area around the bottom of the toilets were in need of deep cleaning. The glass where had this weird coating on them like they were not clean, but even after you washed them they still had it.

Incredible property with lots of space and ocean view

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Wonderful view of the beach and the pool from the unit. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes that we needed to make meals. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the close proximity to the beach, which was surprisingly not too crowded during spring break. The only negative was that there were construction workers doing very loud demolition work on all the unit balconies. We were not able to be in our condo or at the pool from morning until late afternoon, due to the noise. Would definitely book this unit again, but would check first to see if construction work is being done. Overall, incredible property with lots of space and beautiful ocean view!

Great Get Away

This is a great condo. The view is wonderful. The condo’s pictures are just as it looks in person. It is spacious & has plenty of room for families. I would definitely rent this condo again. Itrip Vacation Rentals was great to work with. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay!

Great location and close to great restaurants and activities. Everywhere we went was 15 to 20 minutes away. Very clean and plenty of space for two families of four to stay. The beach was right by the condo and it was not crowded at all. The indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful too.The only thing I would upgrade are the towels because they left white fuzz everywhere and the bedroom TVs were very small in the kids room and they could not see it on the bunk beds. We would totally stay here again though!

Business trip

Only issue we had was says it sleeps 10. Can sleep 6 adults and 4 kids. Thought the bunks were larger bunk but small children bunks. Other than that it was great.

Great location

The location was great. Loved Shoalwater but the condo itself could use some updates but for a family with children, comfortable stay. One suggestion would be to add a room darkening shade on the second bedroom. Way too much light.
