Best location in OBA. Walking distance to 3 grocery stores and lots of restaurants and shops. I only had one minor issue when I arrived and Randall responded immediately and resolved it. I’ve stayed at several Breakers units and you cannot beat the roominess of these condos and the view is outstanding!

We have stayed at the breakers multiple times but 1st time at this specific condo! It was gray and the host was way to get ahold of! Everything very close by, grocery, liquor store across street and restaurants!

The kitchen set up was great. Had more than what we even needed. The views were beautiful and the direct access was so nice! The location was super convenient, lots of great shopping and food and activities to do within minutes. The only reason I didn’t give a five star overall rating is because the mattress was a little too firm for my back, but it was great for my husband. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to book again soon!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room in the condo and it’s right on the beautiful beach. The host communicated very clear instructions to us about the property and we appreciated his tips on restaurants to try. The only item i wished was there was a hair dryer, but I never found one. My fault - I should have brought one , but it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, all was good and it was nicely furnished with all we needed

The building itself is a little dated (the unit has an actual key!) and the pool is just ok, but the view and location right on the beach more than make up for the lack of curb appeal. The unit is very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with plenty of dishes and linen for a wonderful stay. Location was great and the host was very communicative. I would 10/10 stay here again!

Girls trip

My best friend and I planned a girls trip and after our first condo canceled we found this beautiful place. It was easy to find, great location with all the shopping, restaurants and grocery store perfectly located. We loved that the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The owners made it so easy to check in and check out. They really made it a great trip for us. We will be back!!

We had a great time at the condo ! After a few hiccups dryer a little noisy and faceted in master bath leak and we found a pair of plastic vampire teeth in our master bedroom and dusty under furniture. We like our location and the owners are great to talk with!!!

An extended weekend

Brought our grand kids 4 and 7 for an extended weekend. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay ,everything was perfect. Beach access ,pool was clean and all in the middle of everything you need and want with a clean and perfect space for us to stay safely ‼

Spring Break 2025

Check in was easy and the place was as pictured. The kitchen is full stocked with plates, utensils, pots pans, crockpot, glasses, anything you could need while there. The host was very quick in his response all hours of the day.they sent us a message about 3 hours prior to our check in time stating that the rom was ready and we could check in. The private beach is about a 3 minute walk from the room. The view and everything about this place was fantastic. Most things are with in a 10 minute walk from the condo.we are already planning our next stay for this summer, I highly recommend.

Wonderful week!

We enjoyed our visit, the property was clean, great communication with the owners, we have 3 teenage daughters and felt the area was very safe. Restaurants and groceries right across the street provided convenience. We had a very positive experience.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This property was beautiful, well equipped and quiet. It is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. Just steps from the beach makes it convenient to go out to the ocean for a little while or all day. This property has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Also very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment for family fun.
