Luxurious 8th floor west corner unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath.

Caribbean #704 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby.

Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite and marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1, $175 for 2 or $225 for 3. No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

Great relaxing week

It was a nice spot to relax for the week. Great corner balcony to enjoy the view and sounds of the Gulf. Comfortable beds. Within walking distance there were restaurants, ice cream shop, fresh seafood shop, and little general store. Gulf Shores State Park near by..We enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for our little get away! It was super clean and convenient to everything.Only issue we had was the pool being dirty but Lance was quick to respond to my message and was able to get in touch with the condo to have it cleaned.

Restful Stay on the Beach!

Loved direct access to white sandy beach with great views of Gulf from 7th floor. Convenient covered parking, and place is within walking distance to great restuarants. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The Caribbean condo 704 located in Gulf Shores was clean and well kept. The side unit had a great view from every window of the lagoon or the ocean. Since it was on the beach it was very convenient. We would stay here again.

Nice place! Being up on the 7th floor allows for an amazing view! We took my parents... and my dad just had his hip replaced on January 30th, so being ON the beach was fantastic for us (and the fact that there was an elevator)! Love that they allowed dogs (even big ones!) but they aren't allowed on any of the Gulf Shores beaches, fyi. The space WAS very tight for 4 adults, as stated in other reviews. Sooo much to do in the area! Would definitely stay here again!

Always a great stay

We have stayed in several of this owner's units in this complex. Each unit is always clean and has what we need to enjoy our stay. We like the complex is dog friendly, but still clean. We look for availability with this owner in this complex each time we visit Gulf Shores. Highly recommend!

Heaven on the Beach!

We are repeat customers with Lance and Courtney! Their condos are always clean, beach front with the best views and they are available if needed! This was at least our 4th or 5th time using one of their properties and we will be back!

Short stay, great experience!!

We had a last minute trip pop up due to moving our son to Nashville. We didn’t require a full week stay and it was prime rental season, but Lance was great to work with and we were able to make the short week work. The condo was clean, updated, great location and just as advertised.

Summer Beach Trip

Great stay at Caribbean 704. Great view of ocean, right on the beach and convenient location for all restaurants and attractions. Pool was also a nice feature, clean and never crowded. Being able to take both our dogs though was the deciding factor in choosing this property. It was nice to see all the other guests at Caribbean brought their dogs. And the parking.. very nice feature for 704. Made coming and going a breeze.

Beautiful Condo - Great location

I came down with my wife and 2 adult kids. The condo was exactly as described and very clean - could not have been happier. During the rental process the owner was very responsive and responded to any messages quickly. All instructions were simple and very clear. The picture on VRBO from the balcony does not do the view justice. It is a corner unit, but you have a full, open view of the ocean, which we were very happy with.We would not hesitate to stay there again should we return, whic. his the highestr comppoiment I can give,

Beautiful views and master bath.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great for us with the 2 king size beds. I loved the mater bathroom with separate sinks and vanities for me and my husband and our things and the nice walk in shower. It was well equipped with all we needed. A few more wash cloths would be nice. And we loved that we could bring our dog Casper. Only complaint I have is that we did see a few roaches and a few small bugs of some sort. Mostly around the dog food bowls that were sitting in the floor. If not for this, I would have given an excellent rating.
