Easy check in. Beautiful condo, very clean and it had everything you need. Loved the balcony to watch the sunrise and ocean views. Near shops & restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was as we thought it would be. I think there should be extra tp and a little coffee. Not knowing the area,it would help until we find the stores!

Beautiful full beach view from the balcony. Easy, direct access to the beach. Pictures are a true reflection of the condo. Nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely staff here again.

We were there for the Hangout Music Festival and it was about a mile away--so far enough to be out of the busyness but close enough to walk. Great location and all the amenities needed for a great beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time and experience. It was close by everything and we were able to travel near to Mississippi, Florida and New Orleans. It was a perfect spot and nice view and beach.

It was our first time to Gulf Shores. The condo was in great condition and very clean. Nothing left behind from previous guests.(extra tp, toys, laundry detergent ect as we have seen elsewhere) Beautiful view from the 13th floor! It is also located close to all of the restaurants. Easy access to the beach that was not crowed on spring break. TV in the living room is a smart tv with netflix ect, but the other tvs are just dish. Bring a fire stick if want apps in other rooms. The bunkbeds were awesome and looked to be queen beds.(daughter loved them) I would have liked the checkout to be an hour or two later because it's hard to get a 7yr old and a pregnant wife out the door by 9. Also, your code to get in does not work after checkout time and you will be locked out while loading if past that time. Cabinets are full of dishes and cookware. Really nice place, would stay again.

Hot tub didn’t work properly. Mattress in master bedroom need to be replaced. Was comfortable but big dent where you lay.

Easy beach access!

My husband and I enjoyed this property for 9 days. We loved the easy beach access! The unit itself is lovely! The paper products provided were of cheap quality, and not enough for the length of our stay (paper towels, toilet paper) but we were able to purchase some at a local Walmart. We found the mattress on the king size bed to be uncomfortable (too firm). That of course is a personal preference. On a few nights, we walked to restaurants at dinner time; we highly recommend Bahama Bobs. The Hangout is less than a mile away. We enjoyed this property so much that we’ve booked it again for July (a different unit though).

Never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals

The rental company was an absolute nightmare. From smoke detectors that went off at one in the morning, to unanswered phones and then later lying about it in order to attempt to deny a late checkout, these people were incompetent from start to finish. Added an unacceptable level of stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Would it surprise you to learn their call center is in India?
