Overall a very nice stay. It’s obvious that many things need updated inside, but we can’t rave enough about the cleanliness and location. Beautiful pool and view. Liked that it included linens; host was easy to reach.

Not Great

Bottom line—if you are looking for close to beach, pool, pickleball, and aren’t too picky about the rest it’s a good place. The rest—Meagan was quick to respond when she had given us wrong internet password. Also when I told her the dryer wasn’t working. We were only there four nights but had counted on washing/drying often (towels/beach towels, etc). She tried to have it fixed but it wasn’t until night before we left. Fine, I asked if she could give a small reimbursement due to this inconvenience and she agreed. However, she has avoided all communication w me over this and we checked out a week ago. Every piece of furniture is worn. The pans are mostly unusable. I told her this and she blamed renters. Not a huge deal. But if you plan on cooking much I’d bring your own pan.

Great place for a getaway!

We had stayed at this complex previously so we knew pretty much what to expect. We chose it specifically because of its location on the lagoon (sunsets are amazing!) and easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the private fishing piers. The condo was cute & clean. The rooms are on the small side but adequate. The pool area was clean and nicely landscaped. Meagan was a great host and always replied promptly to questions.

Gulf Shore stay

My family enjoyed our stay at this location in the Gulf Shores. The beach and lagoon access are both quite close. The pool was great for my kids once they were done playing in the ocean. The bathroom is a bit dated, but that was our only critique. Megan was super prompt when we had an issue with the WiFi.

Quick trip

It was a little smaller than we expected, but very clean and well furnished. The WiFi was not working when we arrived, but a short investigation revealed that the modem was unplugged. We brought K cups for coffee, but there was only a regular coffee pot. Not a big deal, I just cut the cups open and dumped the coffee grounds in! The location is great, being right on the bay and just across the street from the beach. The pool seemed nice, but it was still a little too cool for us to get in.

Perfect experience

Great stay away from large crowds. Private beach entrance directly across the street. Room was good plenty of space for a family of 4. The bedroom windown did not have a lock so had to place a boatd in it for peace of mind. Other than that i would stay again anytime.

Great views and quiet location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Meagan was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. The condo was big enough for our family of 6 to sleep comfortably. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was questionable. It didn’t seem as if the floors had been swept. There were many dirty plates in the cabinets (ketchup dried to them) as well as pots and pans with food stuck to them. When we were doing our final checks to make sure we didn’t leave any personal items we found trash under one of the beds, but what made it worse was it was food trash a cheese and crackers tray which did not belong to us. Also, the message I received before arrival said everything for our culinary needs would be available. We quickly noticed there were no tongs, spatulas, measuring cups/spoons. Attention to detail by the cleaning crew and better stocked kitchen would’ve made this a 5 star stay.

Location good / Room needs upgrades & deep clean

The location is good, the beach is a simple walk across the street. Our room definitely needs some renovation and a deep clean. I was very disappointed in the housekeeping. The refrigerator had a terrible odor. I wish the pool stayed open later, after dinner I enjoy sitting in the hot tub, but with the pool closing at 10:00 it doesn’t allow time.

The Perfect Spot!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for Hangout Festival weekend and had the BEST time. You are right across the street from the Gulf, and the pool/hot tub at the condo is amazing. The condo was only about 3 miles away from hangout fest so we were able to ride our bikes to and from everyday. Such a cute condo and very clean. Will be staying again next year hopefully! :)
