This new 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home in Gulf shores is close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. It sleeps up to 12 with each bedroom having its own television and full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that is perfect for entertaining as it opens up to the dining room and living room. Enjoy your coffee on the covered front porches or at the home's own private fenced swimming pool. From the minute you arrive at Black Pearl, you will not be disappointed. Get ready to unwind and relax in this beautiful home. When you book your vacation with Signature Properties, your vacation becomes our priority. We are available 24/7 for any issue that may arise when you stay with us.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

We guarantee open communication with guests from booking to check out and that your rental is in top condition upon arrival. At Signature Properties, we strive to make each vacation a one-of-a-kind experience personalized for each guest. Book today and you won't be disappointed!

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Quick summer trip

We couldn’t have chosen a better location. The home was beautiful with everything we needed and more. We had plenty of room for our family of 11. It was clean and spacious, well stocked and located within walking distance of the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was responsive within minutes. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Property felt secluded despite being within close proximity of stores, restaurants, and the public beach access. Large driveway to accommodate 6 vehicles, and property was very nice/upgraded in every room. Would absolutely stay there again!

Fun Vacation Rental

Overall a good stay. The listing was spot on and the house was so pretty. The location was great with a short walk to the beach. Even with 4 young children the walk only took us 5-8 minutes tops. Our only complaints was that the gnats were awful in the house and the pool was pretty dirty when we arrived. I let the host know soon after arrival. The gnats were there when we walked in so there was no trash or food in the house and when I say they were bad, they were every where you turned everyday. The host stated they would have them taken care of when we leave. It also took a couple days to get the pool cleaned. However overall, the stay was good for our family of eight with four children under 5 and communication with hosts were a little slow, but they always did get back to us!

Great for a big family

Our family of 11 stayed at the Black Pearl last week and had an amazing time. Check in and check out were very easy. Communication was excellent. The house is very comfortable and clean. The short walk to the beach and the private pool in the backyard made this the perfect beach vacay.

Overall Enjoyable

We stayed at this property in early June to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We had issues with the pool and had to contact the property manager twice to assist but she was quick to respond and send out a company to take care of any issues. After we had checked out and were headed home the property manager tried to accuse us of damage but never responded after I reached out for clarification and assured her we didn’t damage anything. That unfortunately ended our trip on a sour note but overall we had a great time. The house is nice and a great location to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.

No Hot Water

After leaving my first review management reached out to me with an offer of a 30% discount if I left no negative reviews. I declined the offer because it felt like this offer came only after my review and I didn't like the bargaining of my review for the discount. The property is nice, in a good location but it's just something to be aware of (which I'm sure most people are) that unlike a hotel if stuff happens on the weekend you are out of luck.

Nice but…

This trip was planned out for a group of 8 ladies for a short getaway needed by all. I chose this space from pictures, reviews and location. This home is laid out perfectly for groups (as long as you can do stairs). Now, I would say most people expect some areas that are not as up to par as we would have in our own home. I must say that I was quite disappointed when on day 2 we encountered several pests (roaches..in my opinion, the worst). They were in the kitchen, dead in the fridge and unfortunately, infiltrated into some of the guest luggage. Somehow, the outside trash can was already full which caused an overfill once we had trash to put out. Needless to say that these things put a damper on the remainder of our stay. I would have loved to make this a return trip but there needs to be some serious cleaning done by a better cleaning crew. 3 day stay 10/6/23 thru 10/8/23.

Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful, fun beach vacation with the kids and grandkids. Very nice house, perfect for a family get together. Loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Check-in was easy and hosts were very responsive. We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Gulf Shores.

Excellent in every way

Was a great experience. New, clean, all the amenities you could ask for. The house/property itself is great for families. Open concept main floor. Plenty of beds and space to sleep. Laundry on both main and 2nd floor was very convenient. Pool and pool area are greatly maintained. Location was excellent. Quiet street but easy walk to the beach and to the busier areas of Gulf Shores. Would definitely rent again!

Great vacation house!

We loved staying in this house! The pool was the perfect size to cool off at the end of a hot day. Location was very close to everything: beach, restaurants, and main roads to get everywhere. House description was accurate; make sure to bring extra paper products, oil, salt, pepper etc. coffee pot was only a 6 cup but worked well; also had a keureg k-cup machine. The 2 king suites were amazing and the kids loved the huge bunk room! Would definitely stay here again!

2022-Family Beach Vacation

From check-in to check-out the property and host exceeded our expectations. We do this family trip annually but this was our first time in a house instead of a condo. All of our children and grandchildren agreed this was our best trip yet. The property was modern, well-kept, and very clean. The kitchen appliances were high-end not just the basic to get by. Family Vacay

This property was perfect. The house fit our travel party of 9 very well. There were no issues with our stay at all. The private pool was spot on, especially during red flag days. Although this house is not on the beach, the 5 minute max walk was a breeze(even with 2 toddlers in tow). Perfect location in proximity to shops and restaurants as well. Would stay here again if we ever revisit the area!

Beautiful property

We were stunned as we walked into the house, it was so beautifully done, very modern. It was VERY clean, and they had brooms/ vacuums to clean up any sand. The bunk room was LOVED by two 5 year olds and a 2 year old. We loved the pool, they had a staff member come clean it during our stay, the staff also came to take out the trash. We loved that the property was a block off the main road, we heard minimal road noise and it was a GREAT, EASY walk to the beach. I texted the property manager and asked if they had a pack and play available, and they provided one, which was very nice of them! 10/10 would recommend, especially for a family. We had 6 adults, and 5 children total. Fit comfortably with room. We also loved the double washer and dryer on the property! Thank you!

Great House, Great Location!

The listing for the property is entirely accurate and we had everything we needed! The house looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures. The walk to the beach is flat and short—exactly what we needed for having a 2 year old and 1 year old on the trip with us. It made getting to and from the sand so much easier. We loved our stay and want to come back. This is my favorite house we’ve ever rented for a beach vacation anywhere—from the pool, to the bar area, to the comfy beds—we loved every minute of our trip!
