Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family! This condo has never been rented, opening up to the public March 1st 2024!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 9th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen bed and three twins in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 9.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. We also have both of the 4br units on this floor should you need two condos on the same floor to go with this one.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Best Family Trip
We traveled to Gulf Shores in February 2025. Our family (my husband, our 5 children, and my parents--9 people) stayed at this property and had the best time! There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the spacious primary bedroom with extraordinary views of the gulf. My parents were very comfortable in the 2nd bedroom and appreciated having their own bathroom. Our five children absolutely loved the "bunk bed" room. They had a blast staying up late, watching movies on the tv in their room, and giggling into the wee hours of the night.The kitchen had the basics for meal preparation. We loved the big dining table that included enough seating for our large family to sit down and eat together.Two mornings we spotted lots of dolphins jumping out of the water from our spectacular balcony view. We went swimming at the indoor pool every night and had the pool all to ourselves. Parking in the attached ramp was easy and convenient. We were close to Walmart & Target which made picking up groceries and other items very quick and simple.We highly recommend this property and are already planning a return trip. We hope to stay at this property again because it was absolutely perfect for our family!

Great condo!
Everything about this condo was amazing. It was super clean, had more than enough space, and was in a good location. The pictures are what made me book, and I was not disappointed at all…the condo was as nice as it looked.

Phoenix gulf shores
By far the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. Tons of room, great location, and the kids went down the waterslide non stop. The only complaint is the floors were dirty, but honestly ever other condo we’ve stayed in has had the same problem. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful condo and location
This condo is so spacious and accommodating to my family of 6. It met all of our needs and had a beautiful ocean view. Not to mention, all the local restaurants and shops were great and a lot in walking distance. The indoor pool was also a great option after a long day on the beach or a rainy day.

Great location
The beds were comfortable and it was clean and the location is fantastic! We rented chairs from IKEA and they were just steps away on the beach. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and we loved having covered parking attached to the building. The only remotely negatives I can say are 1. The people upstairs were loud and kept dropping things early in the morning (may not ever be an issue for you that was just our take) and I messaged stating the ice maker needed cleaned-they came to clean it but no one notified me they were coming they just showed up and I would have preferred someone notified me ahead of time We loved our stay adit was a delightful unit and vacation! Not crowded and it was mostly families or older individuals (aka not a younger rowdy or boisterous crowd). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Gulf Shores Stay
Condo was perfect as listed. Everything was clean as expected. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Walking distance to the hang out and another restaurant / bar. 1 mile walk to the hangout. Small convience store across the street for small needs. The building was nice and everything worked as expected. No negative comments about the property. Saw dolphins from the balcony on multiple occasions and caught fish from the beach behind it if looking for a spot to fish.

Awesome Condo/Great Stay
We stayed 03/17- 03/20/2024 during Spring Break and we have no complaints. The condo was great..great location…parking garage. Everything we needed and wanted!! I would say this far exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking. The kids enjoyed all the amenities..
We had 5 adults and 4 kids ( 11, 11, 8, 7). I wish we could have stayed longer and when we come back next time, we will book 902 again.. We arrived a little early after driving 12 hours and it was storming and Michael graciously adapted and let us check in just a little early.. I have nothing bad to say except it was a little chilly … which we knew would be the case at that time but We just made the best of it. Thanks to all.
