NO SMOKING allowed on the premise. if there is any evidence of smoking anything we will charge a $500 for a deep cleaning of the house.
Rules for Dogs: Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet and prior approval. No dogs on the bed or furniture.
We provide a starter pack of soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap, hand soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and roll of paper towels.
