Beautiful beach front condo with sand in the toes beach access within 2 minutes from our door! It's perfect for relaxing with family or friends, with easy access to restaurants, shops, golf, etc. It's the perfect spot to see and hear the waves roll onto the shore from our balcony - or inside if you leave the doors open! Watching dolphins swim while enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony is awesome! Also there are times when the Blue Angels practice their rounds--so fantastic to watch their maneuvers above!!🐠

The condo has been upgraded extensively in the last few years, including new large screen, VIZIO 4K HDR Smart TV's, new balcony furniture, new inside furniture with La-Z-Boy recliner, new plumbing fixtures including comfort toilets, ceiling fans, etc.

Both bedrooms feature new, high-end Sealy Posturepedic Performance mattresses with pillow-tops, providing all-over support and comfort with cushioning gel memory foam. Both beds have PeachSkinSheets with breathable, athletic-grade microfiber to keep you comfortable all night long any time of year. The bedrooms feature VIZIO Smart TV's, with a new 43" LED in the MBR. We also provide a hairdryer for your use!!🐊

Unit 302 is a great 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located in the gorgeous, low-density Crystal Shores complex with covered parking - all within walking distance of shopping, dinner, drinks and more. 🐋

This unit has been furnished for adults with easy access to the beach via the stairs or the 2 elevators. You are only 2 minutes from the front door to the beach and only 1 minute to the work out and game room facilities directly below on the 2nd floor! With this unit comes 1 reserved covered parking space keeping your vehicle cool out of the sun within 60 feet of the 2 elevators. One additional parking space is potentially available in the non-reserved portion of the parking area for a nominal fee of $50.🦐

Crystal Shores is one of the newer (2004) condominium complexes sitting directly on the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores. This complex offers a pool with a waterfall hot tub that leads to an indoor pool that is seasonally heated, plus dry sauna and a work-out room with TV’s - allowing you to easily overlook both the beach and the pool! The game room is equipped with both pool and foosball tables for your enjoyment off the beach. WIFI Internet (password protected) is included throughout the complex. Charcoal grills are available for our guests use as well but you must bring your own charcoal/starter. Rental chaise lounges/umbrellas are available March to November from a 3rd party. We will provide you with 4 portable beach chairs and 4 beach towels and an umbrella! 🦈

This unit comes with 9 ft ceilings so it has an airy feeling to it. It has many recent upgrades with kitchen back-splash, lighting, plumbing, linens and towels, and is furnished very comfortably for 4 adults (1 King and 1 Queen bed) with the ability to accommodate 4 people in all!!🐬

In the living room you will find a 55” VIZIO LED Smart TV with expanded cable service providing more 'channels' - so no need to stand in line for empty Redbox selections on rainy days! The VIZIO Smart TV’s also have lots of other capabilities - especially Smartcast, which enables you to see whatever you have set up on your smart phone, laptop or tablet - such as Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, HBONOW, CBS, Pandora, etc. We also providing a high quality portable Bluetooth speaker for your listening pleasure with MP3/radio player loaded with music. In addition to the large, comfy couch and ottoman, there is a La-Z-Boy recliner and swivel rocker. 🐡

The dining room set has 4 chairs and a glass topped table. There are 3 more matching bar chairs for the kitchen eating area as well.🕊

The kitchen is fully stocked with granite counters and glass tile back splash providing an upscale cozy space to prepare meals. There is a Keurig for coffee and tea, as well as a standard coffee-maker. There's also a crock pot and a big pot to make your Low Country Boil. I provide a 4 pods of Cascade, and 4 pods of Tide, 4 dryer sheets, 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of premium toilet paper in each bathroom and coffee filters! I also provide enough coffee for the first morning for guests!! 🐋

The in-unit laundry closet features a large capacity LG HE washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board with the laundry detergent provided. We use reversible, brushed PeachSkin Sheets for extraordinary 1500 thread count level of softness, helping people who suffer from night sweats to being among the softest hypoallergenic bedding options on the market. The towels are Charter Club from Macy's. Both provide a difference you will feel! 🐟

Our unit has been completely repainted and furnished with a rich mixture of colors, textures - with art work throughout. The well-appointed living and dining rooms boast style, function, and comfort. When cleaned, we have found that damp mopping the floors provides a difference you can feel. 🐠

The expansive balcony, accessible from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom, provides a great place to sit and watch the dolphins go by at a level that makes you truly feel like you are at the beach! On the balcony or inside with the doors open you will hear the surf cascading onto the white sand beaches. It is furnished with 4 Coastal Bar Adirondack chairs that are the perfect height for beach-gazing over the railing , 2 bar tables and 2 bar stools for your feet - or to sit on. During the hot summer months you remain cool in the shade, and you are welcome to use the portable fan in the MBR closet. During the cooler winter months you will feel the warmth of the sun relaxing in those same chairs providing you with a great view of the beach 🏖

Pedro and Maria do the cleaning for us, and they need enough time to have it sparkling for the next guests! Our check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 9:00 AM. It is so worth having the same person taking care of your place every week, as they are able to make sure it is properly cleaned as well as know when something happens before your arrival so you are not charged for another guest's issues. When you arrive it will be really clean, properly inventoried, and maintained to our standards (soap/paper products/cleaning materials coffee filters/etc.), all in good condition upon your arrival, no excuses. There are no pets allowed at Crystal Shores except for owners. This is a non-smoking unit as well, including the balcony. There is a community-use smoking area on the ground floor near Beach Bolulevard. Please note that check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 9:00 AM! 🐟

Guests will be issued key fobs to access the beach, beach storage, the pool, the exercise and game room areas so that only Crystal Shores owners and guests may access them.

Also your parking pass will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival! Please place it on your car dashboard🐟
