「Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Dislikes - views of property show it much more beautiful than it is. The worst part, our kids couldn’t use the pool without a swim cap that had to be rented for 3 euros and pool towels being charged 5 euros. They need to make that clear in the communication. What’s the point of staying at a property where you have to pay to utilize the shown amenities?」

「Ich weiß nicht , wie ich anfangen soll, weil mir einfach die Worte für den Zustand des Hotels fehlen. Der Sauberkeitsstandart wird nicht nachgegangen. Es sind überall Schimmel-ÜBERALL! Es ist da so dreckig, dass wir sogar Haarstoppeln im Badezimmer hatten. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Hotels.com konnte uns da auch nicht weiterhelfen, obwohl wir 5-6 Stunden telefoniert haben. 「We had a wonderful stay at Cala del Porto Hotel. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. 「Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch die Schwester des Eigentümers.Motorrad konnte in der Anlage geparkt werden. Angenehme Zimmergröße, Zimmer schön kühl, Klima habe ich nicht benutzt, da es auch noch einen Deckenventilator gibt. Der Ort kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Nette Aussicht vom Frühstücksbalkon. Leider hat der schöne Marmorboden im Zimmer einige Macken/ Löcher so daß man Barfuß aufpassen muß.Sollte mal ausgebessert werden.
