I especially appreciated the effort he made to help me find the suite, without being asked, he sent very detailed instructions and made it super easy to locate, which relieved some stress for me after a long travel day. 「Maria was wonderful. We loved the colorful shower lights. We had to wait to check-in, which was annoying, because our communication wasn’t working properly. 」
