"This is a centrally located hotel with a very nice and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. For dinner, there are 3 different options all inside the hotel and several others within close walking distance. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel. They also had a nice gym downstairs. "

Everything was otherwise good, appliances are outdated and you could see this during the breakfast + in the rooms (especially bathrooms). "Very good in the decent basic hotel category. Clean, quite spacious, tea, coffee and an armchair in the room. Pleasant breakfast space. Very well located for both the bus station and the old town. Like many cheaper Finnish hotels, doesn’t have 24-hour desk coverage, though staff when there were efficient and polite. "

"I was at this hotel last summer, and i was overall satisified with the quality. Silent, local hotel that lays close to most of the things in Loviisa. What I didn't like so much was the fact that the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust behind the TV, and dust on other edges.
