Casa do Arte - A Peaceful Retreat with a Pool

Nestled in the heart of nature, just minutes from the historic city of Guimarães, Casa do Arte is the ideal place for a revitalizing getaway. Completely renovated in 2024, it combines modern comfort with authentic charm, all in a unique setting with access to a private pool area. Nearby, trails invite you for a walk, perfect for nature lovers. Whether for a break alone, as a couple, or with your family, you will find a true haven of peace. The space: Casa do Arte has two bedrooms, both on the upper floor. The beds are double beds and we provide sheets, pillows and blankets. You will also find on this floor a spacious living room with a sofa and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing, as well as a bathroom. The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals and offers all the necessary comfort. The private interior patio is a true haven of tranquility, reflecting the ambiance of the house. You will also have access to a completely private 4-hectare plot (a 5-minute walk away), where you can cool off in a natural swimming pool (available between June and September). This relaxing and tranquil space is perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities. The house is only accessible by car, ideal for nature lovers; the nearest shops are a 5-minute drive away. For practical information, a welcome guide is available on the shelf to the left of the entrance. Feel free to consult it! The water heating equipment and stove operate on bottled gas.
