Sleeping up to six guests, across three levels, it offers a perfect retreat for those who want to explore the Surrey area. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is perfect for friends and families travelling together.



The Space:

• The ground floor features a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. From this level, you can access the private garden, a great spot to enjoy some fresh air.





• The first floor is home to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and living area, which includes a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV, making it a great place to relax. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light throughout the space.





• The second floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has the use of a full bathroom. Both rooms are thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable place to rest



Guest Access:

The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.

Situated in a tranquil residential area of Guildford, it offers a peaceful retreat for visitors. The neighbourhood is characterized by its leafy streets and proximity to local amenities. A short walk will take you to nearby parks, providing an opportunity for leisurely strolls and relaxation. The property is conveniently located for public transport. The nearest bus stop is approximately a 5-minute walk away, providing regular services into Guildford town centre and surrounding areas. Guildford Train Station is about a 20-minute walk from the property, offering connections to London and other major cities. Additionally, the home offers a parking spot for guests who wish to explore the area by car.



Other Things to Note:

There are stairs in the home, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The home is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the home. We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
