Villa Dacia, Home, was founded on this site in 1540 B.C. Originally called “Cà Farina”
, it is located just behind the monumental archway leading into the town, built in 1710 and decorated in the center with an eagle—the heraldic emblem of the Montecuccoli family, the ancient feudal lords. It was flanked by two towers, one of which remains, now incorporated into the adjacent houses.
Villa Dacia occupies a highly prestigious location among the houses leading up to the castle, featuring decorative elements from the 1400s and 1500s.
