You will access your furnished apartment via the Place du Vieux Marché, a large pedestrian square at the foot of the Saint-Aubin Collegiate Church (11th century). A free underground parking lot is located 50 meters away.



You can explore the medieval town on foot and enjoy the many gourmet, art, and history shops, all within a 50-meter radius. Every Wednesday and Saturday, do not miss one of the most beautiful markets in the region.



You will discover the famous salt marshes, La Baule, the fish market of La Turballe (the second largest fishing port in France), Le Croisic, the flower-filled alleys of Piriac, a charming small town, and many other sites.



On one level, the accommodation can host 2 people and 1 child (travel cot not provided).

- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.

- Bedroom with 140 cm electric bed.

- Ensuite bathroom with bathtub-shower.

- Separate WC.

- Living room with sofa bed for one person, television, opening onto a shared courtyard where you can safely park your bicycles.

- Accommodation equipped with fiber optic internet.



Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. At the end of your stay, please place the used linen in the bag provided.



Paris-Guérande is easy: direct TGV access from Montparnasse station to Saint-Nazaire (or La Baule), then bus to Guérande, 300 m from the Vannetaise gate, one of the four entrances to the fortified walls.



Cleaning is optional and available for an extra fee. Security deposit and cleaning deposit required upon arrival.
