No basic things provided on arrival such as milk or sugar to make a hot cup of tea, no matches or fire starter or instruction to start the fire in the front room as there is no other heating except that, I had not enough euro coins or the balance left in the meter unit to keep the bedrooms heated the first night of arriving into the cold December nights.
