As you come to the wide covered patio, which houses a built in grill and handcrafted tables and chairs from local artisans, you see the stunning turquoise ocean and white sand beach of Miramar. Only a few steps away, you find some of the calmest, clearest, warmest waters in the entire region.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a wide open living area with an open concept kitchen designed to release your inner chef, a welcoming library, and comfortable living and dining spaces.
Each bedroom offers its own unique character from beach access, to garden views and a private fountain alcove. All windows and doors within the home are equipped with blackout shades to maximize your rest and comfort. The garden room is equipped with a trundle bed beneath the queen sized mattress for flexibility. The living room offers additional sleeping space with 1 full sized sofa bed and 2 twin sized sofa beds.
