"Our stay at the Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. The location is a major plus. It's conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure a breeze, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We were also thrilled to find that it's just a short trip to the city center, which gave us the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Getting around was so easy. Taxis and Ubers were readily available within minutes, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. "While i only stayed two days, my time inside the hotel amounted to less than 8 hours but, i was amazed at the quality of the bed, soooo comfortable. Even the restaurant stayed open late to accomodate a pair of tired travellers. Great experience"

"Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. The spa and the transportation were really good as well. The Unicentro mall is a street away and very convenient to walk to everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. "
