Could have given more point except for the start..

The hotel was great and near alot of places I wanted to go to. However as I was arriving from another country I had 3 suitcases and the porter/concierge refused to help me lift my suitcases onto the hotel trolley to take to my room despite several requests from the reception lady. She begged him but he would not budge preferring to look at his phone. Eventually she helped me to the lift the bags and I had to drag them up to the 11th floor and there the ladies making the rooms helped me to my room. So disappointed. Otherwise my experience at this hotel was lovely.

Péssimo hotel! Não falam inglês, banheiro tem odor de banheiro público, o ralo sai um mau cheiro terrível que deixa o quarto podre, o chão do quarto também é sujo e elas não limpam, o que presta é somente a localização pois de resto mais nada!

失望，極之失望。

那麼多次用Hotel.com訂酒店，今次為最失望的一次。第一是我訂的是大床房，但到我上到房時發現是兩張單人床的房間。打去大堂問，他們竟然跟我說大床房都給別人了，沒辦法。第二是我訂的是商級商務房，但他們明顯是給了最普通的房間我，還說什麼自動升級了，照片也可以看到啊！！第三是廁所的味道。。。這個不用解釋了吧。反正今次是我最難忙最可怕的一次住宿經驗。

주소만 정확하면 더 좋을 듯.

주소를 정확히 해 주세요.. 호텔스닷컴에 나온 주소를 네비게이션으로 찾아가보니.. 정 반대 방향으로 안내하더군요... 정확한 위치는.. 광주역 길건너 맞은편으로 계속 직진하면 우측에 나옵니다.. 약 5~10분 정도 거리.. 이게 제일 아쉬웠음.

不會再住迎商酒店

不會再住迎商酒店, 原本訂左雙人床, 去到說沒有雙人床房和說我訂的是2張單人床,但當我再強調我訂的是雙人和訂單顯示雙人床房, 突然又說有雙人床房...而且房間廁所很骯髒, 廁所板又是壞的 另外, 跟清潔說好不用打掃和門口掛了牌, 結果還是有人進房... 十分失望

great location but..

Great location, very convenient if you are going around guangzhou railway station. Bed is comfortable. We encounter 2 different team of receptionist. check in unpleasant but check out staff and the manager is very helpful. Room and bed ok, but bathroom is old and not well taken care of, a big negative even when compared to all the other positives like location and spacious room

low class hotel that guangzhou ppl will not stay

Service is very bad. Room just decent. The hotel is far much cheaper to book direct from there than to book thru hotel.com . According to a taxi driver over at guangzhou, he say that what we pay for we can stay somewhere far better which he say are call the 7 chains inn something ... 200 rmb per night. N this is a hotel that even they themselves will not stay . How bad n absurd can this be? Bad experience truly.

First room that gave me was terrible ,complete dirty carpet especially. As well the washroom was filthy and towels had long hair inside . Seems to be room was used before .

It's a good hotel

In overall everything is ok. I like here because it's close with market fashion shop wholesale. But wi-fi here is not good and the officer at lobby cann't speak well in English. Room and view is good!

Not 3 star.

Bed was very hard and springs coming through. Hardly anything in the room (no bottle opener or spoons / forks). Staff were not very friendly. Leaking taps, everything looked old and used. Have to walk up stairs to get to the hotel floor which sucks. Close to metro station which is good and lots of clothes shopping close by. For the money though, it's not worth the asking price and there is better & more affordable accommodation near by.

가격대비 서비스와 청결도는 만족 합니다.주변은 패션 재래시장이라 매우 지저분하지만, 광저우의 기차역(화차장), 지하철역과 매우 가까워 다른곳으로 이동하기 편리합니다.1층의 작은 가게(편의점?)도 매우 유용합니다.
