Excellent Stay

The staff service was very good, the room was tidy and clean except some of the minor stain was found due to mold under the wash basin and inside the shower compartment. Unfortunately, a steam cooked croach was lied on the plate with steamed dim sum when we started to take the food for breakfast.

スタッフの応対やサービスは非常に良かったです。 部屋は平均的な清潔感でしたが、建物や設備が老朽化しており至急のリフォームが必要だと感じました。他にはお湯の調節が難しく、適温でシャワーを浴びることが出来ませんでした。 スィートルームでしたが、コスパは良かったと思います。

Buffet breakfast is very good on food choice and quality. Dinning environment is pleasant. Gym is a bit dated and small but ok. Staffs are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Bed is too soft for me, maybe fine for others. Kettle in room was dirty and filthy.

This hotel is located right at the center of 上下九街. Very convenient to most of the downtown destinations. Clean and quiet. The staffs are all helpful and always smiles. Specially Timmothy Liu at the front counter, very polite and experienced on processing check in and check out procedures with delay.

They reused slippers. Need to pay for it if you take the used slippers away. Most hotel provide them free after you used the new ones. Also need to ask for toothbrushes.

The hotel was right at the doorstep of ShangXiaJiu Pedestrian Street, lots of shops and eating places to explore. The lobby was at Level 6, very nice and cozy as well. We really appreciated it that connecting rooms were available during our stay and very happy with the rooms. The property is a little old, but I'll still stay there because it's in the heart of Guangzhou. Taxis are easy to get from the hotel lobby at Level 1 as well.

Great Location!

Very close to a large shopping street. And close to the mall and train station. Was very impressed with the hotel's location and cleanliness. One thing, I found the shower, sink, and faucet area could be cleaner. Otherwise, very happy.

This hotel is acceptable for the price. It is an older establishment in a convenient location. Service is average. Adding more bell hop services would help because the reception lobby is on a different floor. We actually had to lug our bags into the lobby ourselves. Having stayed in newer hotels on other trips, this hotels seems to need refurbishing and better cleaning, especially in the bathroom.

Great location right on the very busy Shangxiajiu pedestrian shopping street, surrounded by 100s of restaurants and shops with cheap prices, close to historic landmarks right in the middle of original authentic old Guangzhou. Rooftop pool on 14th floor is excellent, always empty, great place to relax every afternoon after a busy business day. This is the main attraction to us. Big breakfast buffet, roomy rooms, a bit old, but very nice. We have stayed here many times.

The staff are rude and arrogant. They are reluctant in changing the bed sheet. They even would not change the bed sheet after the leaving of a guest. When I check-in, they say that I can check-out at 4 o'clock pm since I am their loyalty club member. However, at the day of checking-out. The housekeeper called me and said that there is no such arrangement and asked whether I had booked for another day. Although they did not charged me at the end, it makes me though twice on whether say at that hotel again. Besides, the room are old and not tidy. The housekeeper even didn't want to give extra toliet paper. To conclude, the service level and the overall level of the hotel is deteriorating. People should think twice before choosing to go there.

交通方便,香港直通巴士直到店門前,上下九路就在傍,房間整潔,有中西餐廰,由其中菜廰之小菜,服務員很用心介绍,宜確實好味,價錢合理,美中不足是房間用品没有入住前為住客備好,需致電服務台才補回
