Not Recommend.

Compare to YiHe Hotel next block, this is a lousy hotel with similar rate. Old, smelly carpet, service bad, lots of local Chinese tour living in this hotel, noisy.

Stay was horrible, nobody knows English. You ask for something at reception some stupid girls there always laughing.if you have any problems in the room you cannot make room service understand your concern. Horrible stay experience, will never recommend anyone to stay here.

本以此房價已不求有甚麽享受，惟酒店員工質素實在不濟，没有基本常識，笑容欠奉，態度極差，check in 時差點取不到房(話没有訂房記錄，不識有"hotel.com"此網站)。酒店空有國際之名，實百分百舊式國內模式; 房未清潔好上手客人污物便給客人入住，曱甴在房內巡游，消滅後到退房日也未見清理(住了三晚)。一字記之曰 - 差！

it's really horrible experience

the room is dirty and smelly. it has a strong smell of cigarette in non smoking room. the toilet is unreasonably small that you will definitely hit the toilet bowl when you close the door. the shower head does not work. the bed is hard as rock and also has a strong smell of cigarette. I will never stay in this hotel. I don't think it worth a four star ranking, even not worth a two star ranking.

No hot water on upper floors

I was given a room on 19th floor, which does not have hot water. Upon asking about it with the unfriendly staff, I was told that I needed to have the water running for over an hour in order for the hot water to pump up to the 19th floor.

Don't expect much if you are foreigner...

Staff don't speak English,,mattress hard rock, linen will not be changed until you are prepared to flight. Breakfast same everyday stale and cold, I would suggest to avoid. Only plus side of this hotel is price and half decent location.

インターネット・朝食込の条件を購入しました。 広州滞在の際にはHoliday　Innを常宿としていたのですが、今回は、Holiday　Innが改装中（別チェーン名にて近日再開とのこと）で住所の近い本ホテルに宿泊しました。部屋のセーフティボックスが壊れていたり、すべての時計の時間がとんでもない時間になっていたのは予想の範囲ですが、フロントのスタッフは何かにつけて処理が遅くストレスがたまりました。ネットのスピードは大容量のデータ通信には向いていません。前述の内容が笑い飛ばせるような度量が有り、かつ海外旅行の経験値が高い方以外はお勧めしません。
