「We stayed at this property May 23-30, 2026. This house is divided into 3 units with a shared laundry room, workout room and back yard. Our unit was upstairs. Overall this was a great stay! Unit is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking, within a short drive of quite a few commercial areas. The unit itself was spacious, clean and has everything you need. The host is VERY accessible and responsive. Would most definitely stay here again.」

「Genie & Mark were very accommodating…From the upgraded kitchen to the upgraded bathrooms to the very clean, inviting & comfortable bedrooms their attention to detail was amazing…Throw in the complimentary slippers & toothbrushes and you feel like your in a 5 a star resort…We come up this way annually and with the house minutes away from everything we will look forward to our return…I’m sure they have upgraded plans for the backyard and can hardly wait for the finished results…See you again ...

「We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. 」

「It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...
