Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.

Love Hotel Indigo Expo in the Chapalita Area of Guadalajara! We are repeat visitors on stay cation when we come to the city. We love the restored hotel for its unique beauty, friendly professional service, spacious elegant and comfy rooms, rooftop bar, and convenience to many cafes and restaurants. Its a central location. Beautiful lobby and rooftop bar with views! Great central location in Chapalita neighborhood with dining options and walkable. Front desk and concierge staff were very courteous and helpful.
