The space

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, each with its own bed, and two full bathrooms. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage with a closet, and a safe in the bedroom mean you'll have everything you need to settle in from day one. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad give you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule, without waiting on anyone.



Living & working

The living area is set up for both downtime and productivity. A TV keeps you entertained after long days out, while a dedicated workspace and reliable Wifi mean remote workers can stay fully connected. The layout flows naturally between shared spaces and private rooms, making it equally suited for couples, friends, or small families traveling together.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook comfortably - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. A dining table provides a proper spot for meals at home, whether that's a quick morning coffee or a relaxed dinner after a day exploring the city.



Bathrooms & essentials

Both bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Towels, bed linens, and toilet paper are provided, so you can pack light and arrive ready to relax. Air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable throughout your stay.

Within Garibaldi Residence, guests have access to a pool, gym, elevator, and outdoor sun loungers - everything you need to decompress between adventures. Free parking is available both in the building garage and on the street nearby. The building also allows luggage drop-off for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and longer stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.
