Great Location

Another good stay. The personnel are the best always there to help. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are things that need attention though. The people working there are so pleasant and gracious, but there are not enough to give good service in the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice place. The service is generally good, however, some of the staff standout in their service. As an English speaker, there was not much interaction with the staff, however, one of the staff named Gloria always ensured that I had whatever I needed and that my stay was comfortable. Her courtesy was on the next level and she was always ready to help. I recommend that anyone staying at this hotel could interact with Gloria and experience next level hospitality.

The staff were always attentive and very friendly. Their breakfast buffet was definitely a hit. We enjoyed the variety on food; everything was very fresh. The shopping center next to the hotel was nice. They had a cafe, Little Cesars, OXXO, ice cream shop, and a few other stores. One thing I wish they had was more space to put your clothes in. They only had a closet, but no dresser so most of our clothes had to stay in our luggage's. The shower was another issue we had. The water would come out and would leak all over the bathroom. Besides those 2 issues, everything else was great. It was perfect for the days we stayed and would definitely stay there again, it was the perfect distance for everything we wanted to do outside the area.
