「The staff were great & friendly, and it was clean. The rooms/building had horrible acoustics and a group somewhere in the building - could have been on our floor, outside or on a different floor I'm not sure, were so loud until 2am it was impossible to sleep. Also calling this a youth hostel feels like a lie seeing how it seemed there were more senior citizens and toddlers than young adults. Not very easy to meet other travellers/socialise but the breakfast was fine」

「ユースホステルでの支払いは、1 名あたり、1 泊につき、2.00 CHFの市税、 観光税 0.40 CHFと記載されていましたが、5.0CHF請求されました。 私が2.4CHFではないのかと聞くと、それは8年前の料金で、今は5.0CHFだと言われ、5.0CHF支払わされました。なぜ8年前の料金を記載したまま、情報を更新しないのでしょうか？しかも私が悪いかのように責め立てられ、非常に不愉快でした。 また、チェックイン時にMontreux Riviera Cardはもらえず、後で他のスタッフにお願いして、もらいました。」
