  • Clean, modern and with a cozy greeting, this house is perfectly situated on a corner lot with plenty of parking on the driveway and on the street. This relaxing space has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps 8 very comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. There is a beautiful expandable table, with plenty of room to accommodate your guests and plenty of counter space to set up your buffet.
    The home is fully stocked with all the necessities of a home including bedding and linens. The washer and dryer are in the garage just off the kitchen. While waiting for your laundry, you can play a quick ping pong match! The closed back yard with BBQ will give you the privacy you desire and finger likin food you have been waiting to cook for your friends and family!Here, you will be minutes away from some of the central coast's best hiking trails, restaurants and wineries, not to mention the Monarch Preserve (Nov.-Feb.) and the most beautiful beach on the west coast. Wonderful stay with my adult kids

The house was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds and myself and 3 adult kids & spouses had a great time around the large kitchen table and outdoor table as well. Did not hear excessive traffic noise and the ping pong table was fun too!

Overall great experience

The beginning we had issues with the keys, but Antonia the property manager was very helpful and kind and solved the issue for us. The house itself was great and we highly recommend anyone who wants to be close to the beach to rent this place.

Not Quite as Advertised

The overall stay was OK, but there were lots of little things that accumulated over time to reduce the please of the stay. There was nothing that was glaringly an issue, but things like far too little toilet paper, front door not unlocking with key so had to enter and exit through the garage, a fairly large number of spiders around the house, spices that has expiration date of 2015, dull knives, haphazard storage of kitchen items, not enough foil, baggies or some sort of container for food storage - we know that some of these things are hit and miss at rentals, but it seemed like there was little care given to the property and many things seemed like an after thought. Would we stay again? Probably, but would certainly look into other places first. At least now we know what we are getting into.

Comfortable home near the beach

This turned out to be a good fit for our family’s needs. We were in town for a memorial. The house was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed And had a good sized table. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We enjoyed both the bocce ball and pingpong tables. It was nice to have the BBQ. A short walk to the beach and we could enjoy long walks on the sand. We could stay there again

Great Stay, but Prepare for Invasive Questions

I really enjoyed the place. It was exactly as described. Convenient location, comfortable beds, very clean, and well maintained. However, I was asked to sign several additional documents after applying and was required to submit the names of every person coming onto the property. It was much more burdensome than I am accustomed to. However, I would still recommend the stay and note that aside from the annoying paperwork: the owners are friendly, communicative, and accommodating.

Great house. Great visit

Really nice house with big comfortable rooms. We enjoyed playing ping pong and bacci and bbq. Kitchen was clean with lots of dishware and cookware. Quick drive to the beach. Would love to stay again.

Birthday Getaway

This was our first venture out since the COVID-19 pandemic began. I was pretty apprehensive to be honest. I arrived with my cleaning products in a tote bag, just in case. The home was so clean and smelled so good when we walked in that we never even touched that bag! We had a wonderful time in the home. We loved its proximity to Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande and everything the area has to offer. We even stayed in one night, made use of the outdoor grill and played a few rounds of bocce ball. It was a lovely experience and Jamie was a joy to work with. We can't wait to visit again!

Perfect family beach getaway

Clean, safe and nicely-appointed home that's less than five minutes from Grover Beach. We booked this property for its excellent location and generous sleeping accommodations. There were four adults and three young children (all under 4 years of age). Thanks for hosting us - we'll need to come back again!

Family time near downtown Pismo

The owners were very helpful and easy to work with and have set up the house to be very comfortable. The instructions on check in we’re so easy and we loved the common area in the kitchen and living room for us to gather. It was a perfect spot, central to many things. Really enjoyed the property and working with the owners was the easiest I’ve ever experienced.

Owners were think of YOU when they outfitted this home.

I have now rented 6 VRBO's in this area. This home is very well appointed, particularly in Covid days when eating out is more complicated. It is obvious that they were thinking of how their guests would experience the space and thinking about making things easier on us. Sometimes little things make a big difference. For example, they had storage bags available for leftovers. I cooked all of my meals in and even had colleagues over for dinner. The extremely well appointed kitchen was a blessing. Most places I rented have very cheap cutlery (understandably) but these folks make sure everything was of good to great quality and functional! If the location works for you, quit looking and BOOK NOW...before I beat you to it!

This house is great! Super clean and great location to the beach. Full of all the amenities you could think of. The road was a bit loud at times, but aside from that, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend.

Great House Near Pismo Beach

We are a family of 5 looking for some relaxing time in Central Coast and we have found the perfect house for us! The location is just south of Pismo Beach in the Grover Beach area and the house is well appointed. We played baci balls in the backyard and fully utilized the well-stocked kitchen! The location could not be better, allowing us to explore the area - sportfishing out of Avila Beach, art installation in Paso Robles, wine country in Los Olivos, and monarch butterfly watching near Pismo Beach. We'd love to return!
