Inside this comfortable, single-level home, discover a gleaming, contemporary kitchen with a suite of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep easy during your stay. Dine at the pub-height table for four, and then settle into the living area where you can get a fire going in the fireplace and then stream all your favorite channels or play some games on the provided Xbox. Two inviting bedrooms offer great comfort, and there is also a high quality queen Sealy blow-up mattress in the guest bedroom closet for extra sleeping space.

This property also features a peaceful and private backyard, a washer/dryer, cooling central air-conditioning for warm summer days. Fishing poles, a tackle box, a skateboard, extra outdoor chairs, and a cornhole game are stored in the garage for added fun.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
