Hello I was disappointed in the cleaning service. They cleaned room by taking trash out and making bed. No refreshed towels. The shower water was cold.
The hallway was not clean. A qtip was in the hallway my entire stay of 5 days 4 nights.
Bathrooms in casino smelled like sewage.
The sales people got us with viewing a new resort on the strip. The $100 casino was a scam only certain slots could be played at another hotel.
Comedy club makes u buy from them you can't bring your own drinks in

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. Loved our stay and will continue to stay here as the property has so much to offer in restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the location couldn't be better!
