The most of the equipments were good. Especially TV system was excellent because there was a dedicated connecting point of USB and HDMI for PC. The size of table was however so small to do some desk work. This was the only point that I would ask you to improve.

先ずはミラノ中央駅からモテも近くてわかりやすい。電車の駅も近くにある。スタッフが親切で感じがよい。朝食も良かった。 冷房最低温度が設定されているのか、それ以下には下がらなかった。5月後半暑い日だったので少し困った。水のサービスがほしかった。

Anyway, the front desk staff was all kind and very helpful. •Early check-in •Request for a room with a bathtub • Luggage storage service for a few days while traveling in other areas •Explanation of the use of the laundry facility (Miele's washing machine & dryer has a very good finish) All of the above have responded to our request. In addition, the kitchen facilities are well-equipped, and I was able to shop at supermarkets and mercarts during the trip, and enjoy self-catering local ingredients! It is worth mentioning the free service of water (normal temperature, cold water, sparkling water) and coffee machine (rich in functions such as Nespresso, cappuccino and milk addition) at the front desk. I was saved the trouble and money to buy drinking water while traveling, which was a great help. Of course, coffee is also delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the design was also very nice. The toilet and bath are clean and linen is well-equipped. They also cleaned it carefully every day. If you are going to travel to Italy mainly in Milan, I highly recommend it!
