Stunning property that somehow manages to exceed the already beautiful photos. The home was immaculate, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!We were in Groton for a work event, and staying here transformed our short trip into what felt like a relaxing getaway. The property was the perfect place to unwind after busy days. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love the opportunity to return in the future. Highly recommend!

Home more than exceeded our expectations! There were plenty of different areas for conversation, kitchen was more than well stocked for cooking meals and the place was spotless! View from the back of the house was wonderful, overlooking the golf course and water.

The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays! After a snowstorm, the walkways and driveway were shoveled and plowed first thing in the morning. It was a wonderful place to be with family for the holidays.

This home is stunning and we had a wonderful stay! We came for an event at the Coast Guard Academy which was about 15 minutes away. The home was very well stocked and it was quiet and relaxing. The owners are very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

What a beautiful home! The house was decorated for Christmas and as we opened the door there was Christmas music playing. It was like a Hallmark Christmas movie!

Better than we imagined....

The owners of the property are such lovely people. They are so kind and made our stay very welcoming. The house is amazing. The location is beautiful. We can walk to the water and the sunrises and sunsets made for such a peaceful ambience. We would definitely stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our weekend in Groton. The host reached out to let us know the instructions to access the house. When we arrived everything was well lit and easy to access. The host left a book with pertinent information and restaurant recommendations. The house had everything we needed to cook clean and have a comfortable stay. We strongly recommend this beautiful property.

THE BEST

This home had to have been the best rental I have ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The house offered amazing fews of the water and golf course. The porch was so comfortable to sit at in the morning and then in the evening when the sun set. We had a wonderful time. Hope to return in the future.

Amazing stay

We were 11 family members staying for 5 days. The hosts were so accommodating and gracious. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally appointed it had everything we needed and then some. We would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Lovely inside and out. Especially enjoyed the porch. Ate meals outside and also just sitting and counting the ferries going up and down the Thames River. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. A peaceful location with easy access to Mystic.

Quick Family Weekend

We loved this house! We were in town for a wedding, so we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked! The roooms were large and sunny, the views are incredible and the porch/deck overlooking the water and golfcourse was large and roomy! This is an ideal location for a group!

Great for family

Beautiful place with fabulous views. We rented for a family funeral. Had more than enough space to host a get together for family (about 25 people). Hosts were flexible about giving us an extra hour to get packed up.

I would describe this property as an experience. My family and I spent Thanksgiving weekend here while visiting my son. There are four amazingly well-appointed bedrooms, a huge, luxurious living room with comfortable couches and fireplace. The kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed to cook for 12. The TV room across from kitchen is just as comfortable for watching TV or playing games. The location has views of the Thames River and the Long Island Sound. The sunsets were spectacular. Absolutely amazing.

Pure perfection

Our family rented this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding weekend. The photos in the listing don't do it justice! It is more spacious and more beautiful than we dreamed. We especially appreciated the extraordinarily comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (including sharp knives, which is a rarity), and ample parking. The zoned heating system was especially appreciated for night time cooling while keeping the downstairs a bit warmer. The rooms even have window units to supplement AC cooling during heat waves if you really need to dial things down for sleeping. Our favorite feature of the home was the truly beautiful deck which offers views of the Thames river over the golf course. Watching the ferries come and go added to the serenity of the outdoor space. Our hosts were very responsive to a couple small things that came up during our stay. We had a few family and friends for a small brunch the day after the wedding and everyone who walked in was stunned by the beauty of this home. The abundance of large serving platters was absolutely wonderful. Our hosts truly understand the needs of their guests. Thank you, Colleen and Mike, for a wonderful stay!
