「We stayed for a week with our small dog. Before arrival, Danny was extremely responsive with any questions and check in was a breeze. The cottage was very welcoming and decorated in charming nautical decor. The location is serene and private, with beautiful water views and plenty of outdoor space in the yard area. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing escape. The location was great too! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in Montauk!」

「We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. 「I highly recommend this property. Location was great! The home has been renovated and is beautiful. Wilson was excellent, had a question and he responded immediately. I will definitely book this property again.」

「We had a great time at this beach house. Plenty of space for my husband and two kids. Luckily, we had wonderful weather so mostly stayed at the beach, however the home comes with games, books and even ping pong. We loved having first floor laundry. This house is in a great location easy to get to the beach and rt1 for some shops and supplies. 」

「We had the absolute best time! The property is right on the beach and you just can’t beat the view from your porch. Our toddlers loved being able to go back and forth throughout the day and it had all the amenities we could have asked for, even double ply toilet paper! Ely was a wonderful host and we’re looking forward to staying again in the future! 」

「House was beautiful and very clean. So close to the beach and definitely as advertised. The beds were a bit of a challenge as they really could use some new mattresses.」

「This was perfect for me and my husband. It was a couple of miles from a very nice beach and a beach pass was included so we parked for free. The house is small but has a large deck and a screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. It took us a couple of days to discover the outdoor shower behind the house and that made our stay perfect! We would stay again. 」

「BEAUTIFUL!!! This little cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a two night trip. The place is so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need! We enjoyed the living room space to wind down at the end of the day & pop the tv on. The walk to the beach is so quick & it’s amazing once you get there. Jay and Lisa kept us up to date and gave us all the information we needed. I can be nit picky about rentals sometimes, but this cottage was hands down the best, no issues....

"施設の古さは否めませんが部屋はとても広くリビングと寝室は別々でした。到着したのが夜の10:00過ぎだったのですが間接照明で部屋が異様に暗いのがとても気になりました。古さをリノベーションするのは大変だと思いますがせめて照明を明るくするだけでも、かなり評価が上がると思います。"
