This delightful apartment in Tuscany in a townhouse is located only 300 meters from the sandy beach of Marina di Grosseto on a quiet side street, sheltered from the traffic and ensuring therefore a peaceful stay.



The well-maintained exterior features a gazebo in the small garden for your aperitifs and an open veranda with a dining table for enjoying your holiday outdoors.

From the veranda, you access the kitchen/living room, which features a comfortable sofa and another dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.



Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and a washing/drying machine.



The double bedroom is located on the spacious mezzanine, accessed by a convenient staircase in the living room.

All bedrooms are air conditioned, and the house is equipped with Wi-Fi.
