A quiet relaxed and comfortable villa for you to enjoy the beauty of St. Lucia. We are a stone throw away from the most beautiful beach on island. Exotic dining right at your door step. Everything that you would need to make your vacation as perfect and relaxed as you would desire. The island's largest duty free shopping malls just a few minutes of walking distance. Pigeon Island, which adds to our history and culture is 15 minutes by a taxi, or better yet you can get a water taxi right there on the beach. A vacation like no other.

Great three week trip to St. Lucia

We were looking for a beach vacation which we haven't done in quite a few years. The Beachcross apartments are right across the street from Reduit Beach. The beach is very nice, with warm, but still refreshing water. There are 7 or 8 restaurants within a 6 minute walk and another 10 if you were to walk to the downtown area which is .6 miles from the apartment. Supermarket, pharmacy, tour companies all in the conveniently located downtown. No car needed and we really didn't want one as we didn't want to drive on the left side of the road and the roads are hilly and twisty-curvy with hairpin turns etc. Took a car service to and from the airport. And hired a driver and a car for one day to take us to some of the attractions in Soufrière such as the mud baths, waterfall, and Marigot Bay. The Vrbo listing is a little confusing as the location of the unit within the 12-unit apartment complex aren't specified and the actual unit you may be assigned are not necessarily the pictures online. I'd ask specific questions (poolside or street side, first floor or second floor? outside chairs/table by your unit etc.) about the actual unit you will be staying in and for pictures of that unit. Units could use a refresh and a handyman to attend to minor needs. All in all a good value and the location is excellent. We are expecting to be back next Winter.

Great location, across the street from the beach, walking distance to Macy's supermarket

Arrived on Dec 25th, Apt was disappointing no wifi, toilet did not flush, dirty dishes in cupboards, not clean, no hot water. After speaking to Elizabeth that day she brought us a plunger and disinfectant and offered to help us clean#%?! We declined her offer, she told us she was sorry for the inconvenience and would try to make it up to us. Fortunately, The next day we met someone who had stayed there often, many years ago (when the apts was well maintained her words) and also has a sister who rents there every year now. She suggested we tell Elisabeth we had spoken to her and that a good compromise for our inconvenience for the past two nights would be to move us to another apt. Elisabeth agreed to look into it and were finally moved on our third day. The wifi worked, toilet flushed, there was hot water, it was cleaner. We had a nice week. New people arrived on our third day and saw many come with complaints to Elisabeth. Basic accommodation with great proximity to the beach. Cheapest accommodation this close to the beach!
